What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural trance like state that we all experience up to four hours each  day.The most common everyday  trance like states are found when we daydream, surf the internet and lose track of the time , watching television or  even  the monotony of  driving a  car that is known as highway hypnosis.

It is that  natural dreamy , calm and relaxed feeling that is accessed and utilised in a hypnotherapy session. Natural hypnosis is a pleasant experience which also  greatly improves your awareness and concentration by up to ninety percent compared to the average persons of twenty five percent in everyday life situations.

Due to the increase in awareness and concentration hypnotherapy can be successful where other therapies are not. It can enable you to make the permanent positive  changes you want and steer you in the right direction for those changes.It can help in many aspects such as stopping smoking, weight control, increasing  confidence and curbing spending habits to name a few.
